Oakwood Church
Oakwood Church is friendly and welcoming Methodist-Anglican partnership, with a diverse congregation and strong links with the local community.
Through its mission, worship and activities it seeks to:
- Increase awareness of God’s presence and celebrate God’s love.
- Help people to grow and learn as Christians through mutual support and care.
- Be a good neighbour to people in need.
- Challenge injustice.

Locating Oakwood Church
Oakwood Church is situated in north-east Leeds on Springwood Road, Leeds LS82QA off Oakwood Lane near Oakwood Clock.
Car Parking at Oakwood Church
There is free on-site car parking for 22 cars and ample unrestricted on-street parking outside on Springwood Road. Please park considerately, be courteous to our neighbours and limit noise, especially in the evening.
Public Transport
Buses routes 12, 13, 13A, X98 and X99 all stop near the Oakwood Clock traffic light junction of Roundhay Road, Wetherby Road, Oakwood Lane and Princes Avenue.
Buses numbers 42, 49, 50 and 50A all stop near the Oakwood McDonald’s roundabout at the junction of Oakwood Lane and Easterly Road (A58).
