First Class Learning is a structured worksheet based programme which promotes independent learning and study skills, helping your child to gain the confidence to tackle new concepts.

We are delighted to support children in the local community, of all ages and abilities with both Maths and English tuition.
Our Maths and English programmes are flexible and tailored to learners’ individual needs and abilities, so students move on only when they are confident with a topic. Regular testing ensures that the best possible progress is made. The ‘little and often’ approach, with plenty of repetition and practice, really does make a huge difference.

Lisa Kemp runs Roundhay First Class Learning centre.
Lisa is fully trained and qualified to deliver First Class Learning study programmes. She is an experienced tutor and has delivered courses across a variety of settings, including schools, academies and community venues. Every First Class Learning Centre Manager holds an enhanced DBS certificate.
Through our structured programmes, Lisa individualises each child’s learning path, which is targeted to fill any existing gaps in their understanding and promote development of existing knowledge. This helps with their school work, builds confidence and develops independent learning skills, something that is extremely important in today’s busy classrooms in schools.
